GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Sale items cannot include the Ohio Pawpaw Festival or Lake Snowden name or logo.
- Vendors are expected to bring trash bags and keep their area clean throughout the festival and to remove ALL debris from their area at teardown.
- No pets are permitted at booths or on the festival grounds, with the exception of certified service animals.
- No radios or boom boxes.
- Do not leave your booth unattended or close up your booth during festival hours.
- All sales must be made from inside your booth area. You may not roam the grounds to solicit sales.
- Absolutely no cars will be allowed to enter the festival during hours.
- No outside alcohol is permitted.
LIABILITY
The Ohio Pawpaw Festival and its organizers do not accept any responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to goods, displays, equipment or persons. In the past years, we have experienced high winds, causing damage to both booths and products. Please weight your booth immediately upon setup; we highly recommend the stakes that screw in (dog ties), along with strong webbing to hold the booth in place. It is not overkill to weight heavily in addition to these stakes (some shows recommend an additional 70 pounds on each corner!).

REFUND POLICY
Vendors may cancel up to ONE MONTH in advance and receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. Refunds for vendors who cancel less than a month in advance of the festival are at the discretion of the festival coordinator. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
SECURITY
The front gate will be checking for weapons and there are bomb-sniffing dogs on the grounds during the festival. Security guards are on-premises, but there are no guarantees for your work. You must take precautions to secure or remove your work overnight.
WIFI
There is no wifi available to vendors at the festival. Be prepared to bring your own wifi hotspot, or to use your own bandwidth if you need to do so for sales.
SMOKING
Some of our vendors are allergic to smoke; others have product or booth furnishings that hold smoke. Therefore, we ask that out of respect to others, you walk away from your booth to smoke, and remind visitors to do the same.
